DHES provides specialized services in the following disciplines:

• Expert Testimony and Litigation Support
  Assist attorneys and others requiring expert testimony and litigation support in property contamination and groundwater resource cases.



• Groundwater Resource and Contaminant Transport
  Evaluate wells, geographic areas, and basins as groundwater supply sources, and assess the migration of subsurface contamination, where present.



• Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS)
  Prepare RI/FS documents for high profile contamination sites identified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or State agencies. These services also include the preparation of similar documents such as Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) and Preliminary Endangerment Assessments (PEAs).



• Phase I and II Assessments
  Complete Phase I environmental site audits required as part of the due diligence for commercial property sales, and implement comprehensive sampling and analysis programs to evaluate subsurface contamination before and after cleanup, when required.



• Property Cleanup
  Select the appropriate cleanup criteria for contaminated properties based on local requirements and future land use, and evaluate feasible remediation technologies to remedy subsurface soil and groundwater contamination.
